How does a trial work?
Choose a session and send your preferred date, time, and models on WhatsApp. We will contact you to confirm the details. Pay at the start of your session, then Jack will guide you through the glasses and help you test your own use cases. You can switch between your selected models throughout the session.
Where do we meet?
Our usual meeting points are Yishun MRT Station and Northpoint City in Singapore. For the S$80 session, a different MRT station may be possible. Contact us first to confirm the location and availability.
When can I come by?
Weekdays, 7:30pm to 9pm. Weekends and public holidays, 7am to 9pm. Tell us your preferred time on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability. Please arrive on time, and message us if you are running late.
Can I bring my own device?
Yes, please do. A compatible device needs video output over USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, or HDMI with the right adapter. This includes USB-C iPhone 15 models and newer, plus selected Android phones, laptops, and handheld consoles. Compatibility and accessories vary, so send us your device model or test it during the session. Demo devices are also available.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. You are paying for a guided trial, with no obligation to buy glasses. RentingXR is an independent service and is not affiliated with XREAL, VITURE, or RayNeo.
I messaged but have not heard back. What should I do?
We normally reply within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us after that, message us on WhatsApp or email support@rentingxr.com. Your session is confirmed once we agree on the details.
